Since our foundation in 2013, KFT has grown from a local company to an international company through the creation of its branch office in Sao Tome and Principe last November.

As the CEO, my goal is to lead this company through its first decade by upholding the values it has cherished at creation and by offering new services that our customers continue to receive an unparalleled service of a world class standard through our international platform. My priority is to ensure that our motto “We deliver what we promise” is delivered in everything we do.

We base our HSE and security philosophy on international standards of OHSAS 18001 for occupational health and safety, ISO 14001 for environmental management and international best practice and standards for security.

Alcoholism and Drugs

We train our workers to behave respectfully towards the employees of our clients and to also easily adapt to the customs of other countries at all times. We provide our workers with current information and advice on ways to minimize exposure to particular health risks in all countries of which we are to execute any projects.

All workers must comply with the ‘No Smoking` signs. At KFT Magnet Cameroon Ltd office, workshop and work sites of clients, there are designated `Smoking` and `No Smoking` areas.

All jewelries must be removed or covered and loose clothing or long hair must be secured prior to work activities. All persons involved with machine tools, rotating machines or manual handling machines must remove wrist watches, bracelets or rings.

The decision to use a knife or any other dangerous tool in team work environment  should be subject to an assessment of risk acceptable authorization even though a knife may be the safest and best tool to complete a task. The assessment must take into account the risk of harm to people rather than the convenience to using it.
